“Had the knockwurst platter with saurkraut and potato salad. Off the bat, the sausages had this fantastic, smooth texture. Very unlike the chunky grinds I have apparently been used to. The potato salad was well seasoned and had a nice bite with the onions. The saurkraut was seasoned heavily with pepper, I believe, so it had a great richness as opposed to the vinegary kraut I'm used to from the stores. Will have to come back to try the other wursts!”
